February 2007 - Super Bowl XLI - Artist Kevin-John joined the ESPN for a 3rd Super Bowl, in an exciting way when he created sideline sketches of NFL Super Bowl players from the Indianapolis Colts Payton Manning and Chicago Bears Brian Urlacher. Sports fans at the ESPN Club can watch as KJ completes these works of art.
February 2007 - 48 Hours of Famine with Irving Fryar - The 48 Hours of Famine host group in Pennsylvania featured the artwork of Kevin-John at their annual fundraising dinner. Kevin-John dazzled attendants with an evening of illustrating keynote speaker & NFL great Irving Fryar; this piece was then autographed by Irving & KJ for a live auction to benefit the fund.
February 2007 - Award Banquet Features KJ - Kevin-John's original drawing of Super Bowl XL MVP Hines Ward is featured at the Annual Erie Sports Award, the 2nd longest running awards Banquet in the nation.
January 2007 - KJ on Hines Ward Show, Again - Once again, Kevin-John appears on KDKA’s TV special feature Hines Ward Show. Kevin-John joined host Hines Ward and guest Jerome Bettis to create a portrait of Hines Ward for audience fans. Hines Ward praised Kevin-John not only for his artist talents but willingness to give to others as he and Kevin-John autographed and gave the portrait to 1 lucky audience member.
January 2007 - Hot Stove Dinner with Curtis Granderson - The Erie Seawolves welcomed former team member Curtis Granderson to the annual Hot Stove Dinner. The Detroit Tigers AA Affiliate, Seawolves invited KJ to be on hand to autograph the 2006 Curtis Granderson lithographs along with Curtis. Curtis commended the artist for a job well done in capturing his likeness on this featured keepsake for fans that attended.
September 2006 - Another Day, Another Legend - Sports artist, Kevin-John continues to diversify his portfolio by adding former Boxing Heavyweight Champion of the World, Smokin’ Joe Frazier, to his client list. Joe Frazier will clearly go down in history as one of the greatest fighters of all time. His career had many high points, although many will agree that his bouts with Muhammad Ali, most specifically the “Thrilla in Manila”, were some of the most exciting and memorable in sports history. Joe and his son, Marvis Frazier, sought out Kevin-John to lend his talents to help raise money for the “Smokin’ Joe Frazier Foundation” and KJ was happy to oblige. The relationship and projects will consist of many fund raising events featuring Kevin-John creating sketches of Joe “live” during the events. These sketches are then autographed and auctioned off. The project will also include a “fine line” graphite portrait of Joe in his fighting glory that will be printed, autographed and available to the general public. The addition of such storied athletes to KJ’s client list is beginning to take on an almost common place nature, but the significance of these commissions is not lost to the artist. Kevin-John comments, “Once again, I find myself in the presence of an athlete that at the highest point in his career was world renown and the best in his business. I can recall him fighting in the early 70’s, watching him on TV, I was a very young boy then, and he was bigger than life. To have someone like Mr. Frazier take notice of my art has me speechless. Although, I did joke with my family that I find it funny how you just never know who my wife and I will be having dinner with any given weekend, last weekend Joe Frazier, this weekend Chris Berman.”
September 2006 - WWW. Kevin-John.Com - Kevin-John.Com launched a newly designed website. Kevin-John in coordination with his design team formatted a fresh, new and informative site. This modern, high-energy tool features KJ’s client gallery, latest news, and artwork options. A special launch event and e-newsletter to fan club members generated an enormous amount of hits to the website, causing an overload shut-down.
September 2006 - Let’s Go Trojans!!!! - Erie McDowell High School honored the artist accomplishments of former student and player Kevin-John. Alumni KJ used his personal collection of autographed artwork of Super Bowl XL Champions Troy Polamalu, Hines Ward, and Jerome Bettis to raise money for the Trojans Boosters during the 2006 season. The kickoff event featured a limited edition lithograph, meet-n-greet with Kevin-John, and KJ doing the pre-game coin toss.
September 2006 - PGA 84 Lumber Classic - Fans at the 84 Lumber Classic were treated to a top-notch lithograph of the 2005 Champion Jason Gore created by KJ. Artist Kevin-John was also on the 18th green to capture the action of Ben Curtis’ winning putt. This exciting Fall Finish tournament was nationally broadcast on ESPN and the Golf Channel each with special segments of Kevin-John’s artwork.
September 2006 - Extra, Extra!!!! - Readers of Tangent Magazine were treated to an inside look at a day in the life of a sports artist. Kevin-John described the trials and triumphs of working with today’s top sports teams and athletes. Subscribers enjoyed reading one man’s journey in the pursuit to follow his dream of using his artist ability to make others happy.
August 2006 - Erie Seawolves Game Day Lithograph Part 3 - Kevin-John concluded his 2006, 3 part lithograph series with the Erie Seawolves, Detroit Tigers AA Affiliate by recreating history. Kevin-John illustrated American Rookie of the Year and Negro League MVP Sam “the Jet” Jethroe. Kevin-John was pleased to sign the limited addition prints for fans in attendance that night.
July 2006 - Erie Seawolves Game Day Lithograph Part 2-Kevin - Kevin-John joined the Detroit AA Affiliate, Erie Seawolves for the second of three game day lithograph promotions. KJ was available to personalize and sign his artwork featuring Curtis Granderson swinging a homerun for Detroit Tiger baseball fans; Curtis was a Seawolves crowd favorite in the seasons before he made his way to the 2006 World Series bound Detroit Tigers.
July 2006 - Monster Trucks!!!! - Live Nation Motor Sports again commissioned Kevin-John to dazzle their fans and sponsors. Kevin-John will create 5 new mud-flying originals featuring Monster Jams top name trucks; including ultimate fan favorite Grave Digger.
June 2006 - Erie Seawolves Game Day Lithograph Part 1 - Kevin-John for the 5th year in a row delighted Detroit Tigers AA Affiliate, Erie Seawolves Fans with the first of three game day lithographs in the 2006 Season. The former Erie Seawolves Pitcher Joel Zumaya was featured in throwing action for his current team, the Detroit Tigers. Kevin-John was pleased to sign the limited addition prints for fans in attendance that night.
May 2006 - Hines Ward Project - Super Bowl XL MVP used his annual golf tournament as the perfect showcase to unveil his portrait created by Sports Artist Kevin-John. Limited edition reproductions of the original art were created to raise money and awareness for the Highmark Caring Foundation. KJ was on hand to autograph lithographs with Hines at this star-studded Pittsburgh Steelers event at the South Hills Country Club in Pittsburgh.
April 2006 - Hall of Fame - Mrs. TiAnda Blount, secretly commissioned Kevin-John to illustrate her husband & Pro Football Hall of Fame Member, Mr. Mel Blount on his horse during rodeo. Kevin-John was honored to commemorate, Mr. Mel’s induction into the Cowboys of Color Hall of Fame. Kevin-John was on hand to present this surprise 1 of a kind portrait at the Mel Blount Youth Home annual All-Star Charity Roast.
March 2006 - Live Nation Super Cross in Motown!!! - Live Nation Motor sports commissioned Kevin-John to join a crowd packed Ford Field. Amp’d Mobile Super Cross star rider Ricky Carmichael was the subject of Kevin-John’s sideline sketch in Detroit, Michigan.
March 2006 - Celtic Tenors - Kevin-John captures the likeness of world renowned singing group the Celtic Tenors as they perform at a sell-out St. Patrick’s Day Concert. This premium portrait was a welcomed addition that was met with rave response as the Celtic Tenors launched their international fan website.

February 6, 2006 - Artist Creates XL Art for ESPN - Kevin-John created two sideline sketches for ESPN during the pregame festivities of Super Bowl XL. The full action portraits were of the Steelers' Troy Polamalu and the Seahawks' Shaun Alexander.
February 2006 - Otters Celebrate the Big 10 - The OHL team, Erie Otters, commemorate a decade of excellence by commissioning Kevin-John to design a 10th Anniversary poster. The art features nine outstanding Otters players who are now playing in the NHL.
February 2006 - Columbus Blue Jackets - Kevin-John joins the city of Columbus, Ohio in celebrating their NHL hockey team at the Columbus Blue Jacket Fan Fest at Nationwide Arena. Kevin-John entertained the team and fans by creating an action portrait of mega star Rick Nash. This color popping piece of artwork was featured during the charity auction.
February 2006 - ESPN Radio - Mike and Mike from ESPN Radio welcomed Kevin-John as part of their special radio broadcast honoring the Super Bowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers from Pittsburgh, PA. The hosts discussed Kevin-John’s work as he created live on-air a portrait of Mike and Mike to be used as part of the V-Foundation auction.
December 2006 - KJ on Hines Ward Show - Kevin-John appears on KDKA’s TV special feature Hines Ward Show. Kevin-John joined host Hines Ward and guest Troy Poluma to create a portrait of Hines Ward for audience fans. The artist was honored to bring early Christmas joy to a young girl in the studio audience, as Kevin-John and the Super Bowl XL MVP both autographed the finished drawing for her.
November 2006 - Steeler’s Stuff - Nationally published author Jim O’Brien chooses KJ’s artwork to enhance his newly released book, Steeler’s Stuff. Kevin-John’s illustration of Hines Ward can be found on the inside covers of this exciting book. Kevin-John’s fantastic rendering of the Super Bowl XL MVP, was selected to enhance the reader’s connection to all this teams NFL action.
November 2006 - LECOM Features Kevin-John - Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine featured the artwork of Kevin-John at their annual scholarship fundraising dinner. Kevin-John dazzled attendants with an evening of illustrating PGA Golf Pro Tiger Woods; this piece was live auctioned to benefit the fund.
October 2006 - Charles Rush Portrait - Artist Kevin-John captures the football career of Orange Bowl Champion Penn State Offensive Lineman Charles Rush. Kevin-John illustrated in stunning detail this top lineman’s progression from the high school gridiron through the national stage of college football.
August 2005 - KJ Draws a Good Pitcher - The Cleveland Indians' minor league club the Cleveland Captains commissioned Kevin-John to illustrate a portrait of Fausto Carmona, the first Captain to make it to the Big Show. The first 2,500 fans into the ballpark received a lithograph depicting this portrait. KJ was at the game to throw out the first pitch and sign the prints for fans.
July 2005 - Fans Get Some Cool Art - Fans of the American Indoor Football League team, The Erie Freeze, were treated to a complimentary lithograph of Freeze star Linebacker, Roosevelt Benjamin, as they entered the arena on game night. Kevin-John was commissioned by the team to create the portrait of Roosevelt. Ro and KJ hung out after the game to sign the prints for the happy fans.
July 2005 - KJ Pens Buckeye Great - Sports artist Kevin-John was invited to create a portrait of former NFL'er and Ohio State Buckeye Linebacker, Chris Spielman, at Spielman's Celebrity Golf Tournament in Columbus, Ohio. KJ worked throughout the tourney on the portrait which was then auctioned off to benefit breast cancer research.
July 2005 - Lithographs a Homerun Hit - Once again the Erie Seawolves AA Baseball Team featured Kevin-John's artwork at another game. The first 1,000 fans through the gates received a lithograph featuring a portrait of Seawolves all-time homerun king, Kurt Airoso.
June 7, 2005 - The Bus Stops Here - Edinboro University of Pennsylvania welcomed Pittsburgh Steeler All-Pro Running Back Jerome "the bus" Bettis and Sports Artist Kevin-John to the 6th Annual Sports Memorabilia Auction. Jerome and KJ collaborated on an original portrait signed by the Bus and auctioned off to benefit the scholarship program for the University. the auction featured more than a dozen pieces of Kevin-John's artwork.
June 2005 - Kevi and the Jet - The first 1,000 fans into Jerry Uht Park in Erie, PA during the Negro League Recognition Night received a commissioned lithograph featuring Kevin-John's portrait of former Negro League star and 1950 National League Rookie of the Year, Sam "the Jet" Jethroe. The Erie Seawolves AA Baseball Team hosted the event and KJ was a special guest that night to autograph the prints for fans.
May 2005 - Artist takes Tampa by Storm - The AFL Tampa Bay Storm commissioned Kevin-John to illustrate a portrait of their Head Coach Tim Marcum. Marcum is the most successful Arena Football coach in AFL history winning 7 Arena Bowel Titles. The first 5,000 fans into St. Pete's Times Forum on game day received a lithograph featuring KJ's portrait of Marcum. Kevin-John was on hand to autograph the prints for fans. The artwork received camera time on NBC during the national broadcast of the game.
March 2005 - Otters' Season Finale - Kevin-John and the OHL Erie Otters present the final lithograph in the 2004-2005 collection featuring a full action portrait of Sean O'Connor, the Otters' standout wing-man. Fans lined up for more than an hour prior to the gates opening to be the first to get the prints. KJ was there to sign the prints for the lucky recipiants.
March 2005 - Artist Honored for his Art and Heritage - Artist, Kevin-John Jobczynski, was chosen to represent Polish-American artists as his work will be displayed as part of "Ameryka! Kraj Nadzieja" The Polish American Experience exhibit at the Watson-Curtze Mansion in Erie, PA. The collection of stories, photos and artifacts tell the immigrant's stories and the stories of their contributions to America. KJ's Great-Grandparents were Polish immigrants.
February 6, 2005 - Super Bowl - Super Show - Kevin-John is the guest of ESPN during their pregame festivities at the ESPN Club for Super Bowl 39. KJ will be interviewed and illustrate sports portraits live on camera as part of the celebration Florida.
October 2005 - Artist Speaks at Linsly School - Sports artist, Kevin-John, was a special guest speaker at the prestigious Linsly School in Wheeling, West Virginia.
October 2005 - KJ Takes The Bus- - Kevin-John appears on Pittsburgh's Jerome Bettis TV Show. The artist joined host Jerome Bettis and guest Hines Ward to create a portrait of Hines Ward for this highly rated television show.
January 2005 - KJ aids with Tsunami Disaster Effort - Citadel Broadcasting and Kevin-John team up to raise money for the victims of the recent Tsunami disaster in Asia. Kj donated four autographed lithographs to be raffled off with 100% of the money raised donated to the effort. Citadel's three Erie radio stations help to promote the fundraiser with on air commercials and promos.
September 2004 - Arist's work goes to China - Deligates from the Millcreek School District ventured to their sister-district in Zibo, China for a good-will junket. The district chose Kevin-John's lithographs featuring points of interest and landmarks in the Millcreek community to take as customary gifts for the people of Zibo.
September 2004 - KJ on WFNN Sports Radio - AM 1330 WFNN "the fan" Sports Talk Radio makes Kevin-John part of their Pittsburgh Steelers Pregame Show. Mike Boreman braodcasts his pregame show on Sunday mornings from Scorchers Bar and Grill. During the broadcast, Kj illustrated a sketch of Pittsburgh Steelers player Hines Ward and did an interview with Boreman. The studio audience watched KJ create the original artwork and one lucky fan left with the original after winning a free raffle. Scorchers was packed wall to wall for this unique promotion.
August 19, 2004 - Seawolves Welcome Artist - On August 19th the AA Erie Seawolves Baseball Team welcome Kevin-John to Jerry Uht Park for a special promotion. The first 1,000 fans through the gates received a complimentary lithograph featuring KJ's rendition of Jerry Uht Ballpark. Hundreds of fans lined up an hour before the gates opened to be the first to get this limited edition item. Kevin-John greeted the fans and signed autographs for nearly five hours as the game went on.
August 14, 2004 - Stars Combine Talents for Charity - Grammy Award winning recording artist, Pat Monahan and nationally recognized Sports Artist, Kevin-John combine their talents to raise money for the Inner City Neighborhood Art House. Pat lent his voice and KJ lent his hands for a private "Jazz Under the Stars" concert. Monahan preformed jazz standards with the Roger Humphries Big Band as the attendees bid on KJ's artwork. Kevin-John also illustrated a portrait of Pat that graced the poster commemorating the event. More than $30,000 was raised for the children's art house.
July 2004 - A Super Bowl Stallworth - Mel and TiAnda Blount name their guest of honor for the Annual Celebrity Roast and once again commission Kevin-John to create a portrait for the event. Hall of Fame Wide Receiver and Super Bowl Champion, John Stallworth will be the guest of honor at the spring of 2005 banquet. KJ will soon put pencil to paper and begin the process of creating the portrait.
June 2004 - KJ helps as Monahan honored - The Millcreek School District in Erie, Pennsylvania chose to honor alumnist and Grammy Award winning recording artist, Pat Monahan of Train. The District named an observation deck at Asbury Woods Nature Center after Pat's mother, Patricia Monahan. At an event called "An Evening with Pat Monahan" the lead singer performed a private concert to raise funds for the Asbury Woods capital campaign. Kevin-John was commissioned to create a portrait of Pat and Patricia as a thank you gift for Pat. The evening was amazing and highlighted two of the district's most accomplished artists. KJ and Pat were classmates in high school in the Millcreek School District. During their senior year, KJ designed the logo for Pat's first band, Timon, they remain friends today.
June 2004 - Charlie Ward calls on KJ again - Once again Heisman Trophy Winner, Charlie Ward, calls upon Kevin-John to share his art and faith at his Annual Basketball Camp. KJ produced a portrait of Charlie which Charlie signed and presented to an outstanding camper.
June 2004 - Bethesda House Celebrates 100 Years - Bethesda Children's Home commemorates their 100 year anniversary by commissioning Kevin-John to produce a set of limited edition lithographs featuring the buildings on the Home's property.
June 2004 - KJ helps Chad Vogt Foundation - Responding to the call, Kevin-John donates artwork to the Annual Chad Vogt Memorial Golf Classic. KJ attended the Classic to sign autographs for the golfers. The money raised at the Classic benefits a scholarship fund for student athletes. Chad Vogt was an exceptional athlete at all levels of competition who was taken from us much too early. The Vogt family continues to honor and remember Chad through this scholarship. May 2004 - Absolutely Fabulous - TNA Pro Wrestler, John "Fabulous" McChesney, reached out to KJ to produce a portrait for his fans and followers. KJ was very excited to expand his portfolio with yet another form of sports entertainment.
May 2004 - Gannon University Football - Coach Bill Elias and the Gannon University Athletic Department contracts Kevin-John to design the cover art for their 2004 Media Guide and Gameday program. They chose All-American candidate, Quarterback Darmel Whitfield as the subject of the original art. KJ will be present at the home opener to autograph program covers for fans.
May 2004 - KJ Talks about Faith - Kevin-John was featured as the Key Note Speaker at the Annual Men's Breakfast at St. John's Lutheran Church in Erie, PA. KJ spoke about his walk with Jesus Christ and how his faith has influenced his art and career.
April 2004 - Model Quarterback - KJ achieves a long sought after goal of making Hall of Fame Quaterback, Terry Bradshaw, the subject of a portrait. Kevin-John was commissioned to capture Terry's spirit for a special presentation at the Annual Mel Blount All-Star Celebrity Roast. Finally, KJ can answer "yes" to the often asked question, "Have you ever drawn Terry Bradshaw?"
March 2004 - Grand Opening - KJ and his work was featured at the Grand Opening of the new Erie Sports Store. KJ greeted guests and signed autographs as they viewed his artwork and the new state of the art sports store. A permanent display of KJ's sports art can be found at the store.
February 2004 - Music For Your Eyes - Kevin-John was one of 15 highly sought after artists commissioned to decorate 15 violins for a unique fund raiser. February 2004 - Back to School - KJ was invited to return to his roots to tell his story. The artist visited his former grade school, Asbury Elementary, to talk with the students about his career, his time at Asbury and emphasized that "dreams can come true".
December 2004 - Bank on it - The Northwest Savings Bank commissioned Kevin-John to illustrate their home office as a gift for the retiring bank President.
December 2004 - Captains recruit KJ - Kevin-John and the Cleveland Indian's minor league baseball club the Lake County Captains agree on a contract for a lithograph promotion for the 2005 season.

November 4, 2004 - ESPN Interviews KJ - ESPN welcomes back Kevin-John for his own half hour interview on Sports Talk Live at the ESPN Club in Orlando. KJ talked about his career, clients and future projects.
November 13, 2004 - OHL lithograph Promotion - Kevin-John and the OHL Erie Otters release the first of three limited edition gameday lithographs during the Saturday night game. The first 500 fans through the gate received a complimentary Mike Blunden portrait lithograph sponsored by the General Electric Credit Union. KJ signed the prints throughout the night for fans.
November 2004 - KJ on Spike TV - Kevin-John's portrait of Terry Bradshaw was featured on Spike TV during the show "Untold" (Bradshaw episode).
October 24, 2004 - KJ on ESPN - ESPN featured Kevin-John and his artwork during a live broadcast of Sports Talk Live from the ESPN Club at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. ESPN interviewed former NFL Linebacker, Kevin Greene as KJ sketched Greene's portrait live on camera. Host Riley Clermont interviewed KJ as he worked. Kevin Greene signed the portrait and a lucky fan in the studio audience walked away with the prize.
October 2004 - KJ Shares the Word - Fellowship of Christian Athletes greeted KJ as one of their speakers for "Team Time", a special program targeting high school and college athletes. KJ tells his story of how his faith has influenced his career through the high points and difficult times.

September 2003 - KJ Judges Annual Art Show - Kevin-John returns to his roots when he is asked to judge the Annual Millcreek Art Show in his hometown. Growing up in Millcreek, KJ entered many works in the annual show from the time he first discovered his talent. Kevin-John comments "I was honored to be asked to judge this show. The wealth of talent in this region is great, and this show is a perfect place to feature some of the best."
September 2003 - Lunch with the Steelers - KJ was a featured guest at an invitation only Pittsburgh Steeler Picnic sponsored by Hefron-Tillotson. The players enjoyed a display of Kevin-John's artwork while KJ sketched cartoon portraits of the player's children. Tommy Maddox, Hines Ward and Deshea Townsend were several of the athletes in attendance.
August 5, 2003 - Blount Commissions Kevin-John - Pro Football Hall of Fame Pittsburgh Steeler, Mel Blount, once again commissions KJ to illustrate the featured art for his annual youth home fundraiser. Hall of Fame Steeler Quarterback, Terry Bradshaw, will be the subject of the portrait and will be presented to Terry at the April 16th, 2004 event.
August 2003 - KJ On Tour - Throughout the month of August, artist Kevin-John, will be promoting his work at various NFL training camps including the facilities of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns.
July 22, 2003 - It's In The Word - Christian Rap Artist, Jah Word, and sports artist, Kevin-John agree to collaborate their talents on several ventures. Jah's music will be featured on the artist's web site www.kevin-john.com and KJ will be creating original art for Jah Word's music and ministry materials.
July 16, 2003 - KJ Inks Deal With COGI - COGI athletic will be the official apparel company for sports artist, Kevin-John. COGI, which means "Children of Godly Inheritance", will outfit KJ with its faith based athletic apparel for his upcoming events and appearances. COGI is a Georgia-based company owned by former Washington Redskins Defensive Back, Danny Copeland.
July 15, 2003 - Heisman Trophy Winner Welcomes Artist - New York Knicks standout and Heisman Trophy winner, Charlie Ward, invited Kevin-John to lend his own brand of ministry to his youth basketball camp. Kevin-John began his day by testifying his message of faith to the 250 campers; he then embarked on an action sketch of Charlie that was awarded to an outstanding camper at the end of the week.
June 28, 2003 - Great stick! - KJ showed off his athletic talents as well as his artistic talents at the Tommy Maddox Celebrity Softball Game in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The game benefited the Steelers Quarterback's "Tommy Gun Foundation". Fans were treated to a pregame autograph session and Kevin-John's portrait of Tommy was unveiled to kick off the evening. KJ was joined by Pittsburgh Steeler standouts Maddox, Mark Bruener, Rodney Bailey, Robin Cole and Louis Lipps among others for the game against former Pirates and Penguins. The Steelers team was victorious, but not before a pro-wrestling style skirmish between KJ and Rodney Bailey.
June 23, 2003 - Baltimore Ravens Event Features KJ's Art - Kevin-John donated an original portrait to the Jamal Lewis "Another Love for One" Celebrity Golf Tournament. The event benefited the Baltimore Ravens Runningback's foundation and was held at the Hayfields Country Club in Baltimore, Maryland. Ray Lewis, Hank Fraley, Ozzie Newsome, Ki-Jana Carter and AJ Feely were among the athletes who played the links. One of the high points of the post match dinner was Wachovia Bank presenting Jamal with a $100,000 check for the foundation.
June 10, 2003 - KJ Lends His Hands for Charity - Nine pieces of Kevin-John's sports art were put on the auction block to raise funds for athletic programs. The 5th Annual Edinboro University Sports Memorabilia Auction featured KJ's original portrait of Hall of Fame Buffalo Bills Quarterback, Jim Kelly among his other works. Jim Kelly was on hand to autograph the commissioned original as well as the limited edition lithographs. Kelly remarked "One awesome piece of work, truly one of a kind" about Kevin-John's work. Reportedly, over $25,000 was raised at the event and will be used for scholarships and other University athletic programs.
May 30, 2003 - Artwork Highlights Annual All-Star Event - Kevin-John's portrait of Pittsburgh Steelers Hall of Fame Defensive Tackle, Joe Greene, was featured at the Mel Blount Youth Home All-Star Celebrity Roast. Mel and TiAnda Blount once again commissioned artist, Kevin-John, to illustrate an original portrait of the event's guest of honor. The artwork was received with applause by the nearly 3,000 in attendance. The annual event raises money to further the work of the Pittsburgh youth home. Limited edition lithographs were created from the original art to benefit the youth home.
February 7, 2003 - Artist Honored - Thirty-four year old artist, Kevin-John Jobczynski, was inducted into the Millcreek School District Hall of Fame for his achievements in the fine arts at the annual gala. The artist was one of seven alumni honored in seven different categories. His second grade teacher, Dr. Denise Finazzo, presented Kevin-John's award.
October 2003 - Tommy, KJ and the Kids - Kevin-John's art was featured at the Tommy Maddox Comeback Kids Award Dinner at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh. KJ's original portrait of Tommy was auctioned off at this black tie event. Lithographs of the drawing were sold as well. Every cent raised was donated to Tommy's foundation. October 2002 - Come and Get 'Em! - Three Erie Otters Hockey Club game day promotions this season will feature the art of Kevin-John. The first 500 fans each of the three nights will be treated to a different Otters Championship Lithograph commemorating their Ontario Hockey League Title. This marks the second season for the tremendously popular lithographs drawn by the artist to headline the promotional menu. During the 2001-2002 Otter's Championship run, hundreds of fans lined up outside the Louis Tulio Arena hours prior to game time to be among the lucky ones to receive the artist's popular keepsakes.
